Is the answer Glycol compatible stainless steel pipework?

in most food processing plants stainless steel pipework is used due to hygeine reasons
and glycol is often used in stainless steel pipework

It is a trick question, baby food has nothing to do with the answer. They want you to think. Abit like the question what is heavier a ton of bricks or a ton of feathers?
Ammonia pipe work Stainless steel or steel. CO2 Stainless steel. all else copper. Glycol, plastic stainless steel mild steel copper what ever fills ya'boots.

Brine used shall be propylene glycol for all food applications.Baby food shall be cooled or pasteurized in the plate heat exchager and all contact p[arts shall be stainless steel and refrigerant line shall be copper if it the refrigerant is Halocarbon and stainless teel for Ammonia and steel or stainless steel for brine as it does not get in to direct contact with baby food
