i get some problems to calculate the cooling load for a urban railway car. The customer provided the outside condition as 35C/85%, which I think is much too high in relative humidity and this would make AC unit very huge...
i found some data in website of EnergyPlus and also in ASHRAE HANDBOOK(relative humidity only about 55%), but the customer didnot agree ..
so please does anyone know where i could find any official data about Rio de Janeiro and other city in Brazil??
