Daikin fan motor failure causes

Hi guys I was wondering if you can help.
I have found a number of broken fan motors on condensers recently with no major signs to show why its broken.

I suspect the mains reason are blocked condenser or broken fan blades.
Could you guys shed some more light if possible faults

what model of unit is it?
I have a feeling that if they are all on the one site, it may have been fun for a vandal to stick something in the fan and watch it break??

If they are "K" series then it is a known problem, the motor bodies are vented, and eventually suffer from moisture ingress.
