Hi,

A customer told me his cabinet was showing ER 2 on the display of his Williams Jade LJ2SA freezer cabinet, after switching the cabinet on there was no fault showing, I'm assuming ER 2 is a probe fault but could somebody please confirm this for me and if so which probe is it.

Cheers for the quick responce, the drawing shows it as a PTC 1000, do you know where I can get instructions for the controller parameters and how to access them?
