Digital fridge controller selection help

Can anyone recommend a digital controller suitable for use INSIDE a fridge cabinet at set point 2c?

Does anyone know of a purpose built junction box / enclosure / frame that we can put it in?

Eliwell controls used to make their own black plastic box for mounting the controller in.

Also had room for the transformer, if needed, and perhaps a relay.

I wouldn't think the electronics would work well at these temperatures and humidity levels.....but i recall seeing some dixells mounted in plastic enclosures in some older units, could you not mount the controller remotely?
