Trane Tr1 Setup

Could anyone give me some advice on setting up a Trane
Tr1 drive?

I can't get the drive to ramp-up the output frequency from the 0-10v input (terminals 55/54)

It ramps-up ok in 'hand', all I need is for 0v input to = min frequency and 10v =max frequency.
