Hey guy's
I work at a facility with multiple chiller plants, they are typically manually controlled and I have been asked to program our BAS system to controll the chiller in one plant. I intend to run the chilled water pumps for freeze protection and obviously for chiller operation, I intend to run the chiller any time the OAT > 50 degF and the building is occupied and any of the space temperatures are above set point. I also intend to run the chiller when the OAT > 50 the building is not occupied and the temperature at any sensor is > 80 degF. and lastly I intend to run it any time the OAT is > 50 and the lab temp is high or the lab Rh is high. What do you guys think? am I on the right track? missing anything obvious? any suggestions or comments will be appreciated:)

don't forget 15 minute pump over run. Ie. if you disable the chiller, pumps carry on for 15 minutes as there may still be a refrigerating effect occuring as refrigerant stabalizes.
