Maxima problem

hi,
i am new here and this is my first message.i have a problem with maxima plus(electromechanic).in start-stop condition the unit not stop.i check the alternator and its ok.
can any expert tell me what anything else to check.

Check water temp sensor. Battery, water temp, box temp and minum run time must be achieved prior to unit being allowed to shut down.

the battery its ok.the water sensor have one cable who it means that is only a contact.am i right?
the minum run time can i calibrated?and how i check the water temperature?
