Hi, I had a problem with the freezer temp etc but had an engineer out who fixed it. Now the ice maker will put water into tray, but when it comes to twist to loosen ice and tip it out, it is as if the tray is jumping and not twisting properly and so the ice does not come out and when the new water goes in, it then pours all over the floor!!!! Can anyone please help. I was looking for a diagram to see if there is some sort of rubber part that is ment to stop the tray turning in the support at the very back of the freezer?
thanks
Carole

Does this fault coincide with the engineer's visit? Could be if he/she had to remove ice maker as part of repair something has come dismounted. The tray can be dislodged sometimes or it could be a seperate fault. Is the repair agent approachable? May be worth a call to see if they'll come back free of charge and take a look?
