I see Mark O Brien has put up his picture, and I see other avatars as well. How do I upload my "mug" to display next to my posts??

you have to have space on the web. then you just point the avatar at it.

If you send me your picture I will doctor it, em I mean resize it to fit and set you up, em, I mean set it up for you :D :D :cool:

Hi Abe,

I remember a post that you had made, suggesting that everyone submit their photo in order to identify those you are interacting with. I couldn't locate that thread, but found this one appropriate. ( I believe that in the thread that I refer to I had unknowingly infuriated Marc, and the thread was deleted).

I got bored and dug up a jpeg that I had used for some letter that I had written some time ago, and uploaded it into the "Avatar" thingy ... so there you go... LOL!!

Okay, it's a few years old...... so what....
