Hello people
I have visited a unit which had a IGV vane motor failure, Internals burnt out. Site rewound and actuator was refitted as no spares available.
Now I find;-
a) a feedback from actuator causing relays to chatter.
b) output to actuator to drive vanes normally 0-5 vdc I have an output of 27 vdc on terms 52-53 of PSIO
Can anyone advise what damage may have been done to PSIO and remedies?
any diagnostic procedures and testing sequences would be appreciated.
Suspect PCIO blown although all other parameters ok
