Fault T052 and T055 Carrier 30GTN100--C620

Hello,
Carrier 30GTN100--C620 with ComfortLink Reciprocating Liquid Chillers keep having fault T052 (Circuit A, Compressor 2 Failure) and T055 (Circuit B, Compressor 1 Failure) we had the service teach from factory came and could not find any thing wrong, and the fault came couple of times in a day, vendor suggested to upgrade firmware to increase percentage voltage imbalance.

hi had same problem ,replaced contactores and relays and all is working ,drove us crazy!
