Hi Guys,

Here is a little back ground info. I work with small fridge decks and water coolers. Most of the equipment I repair is for the drinks and brewery industry.

I have done the ACRIB, I have done industrial pipe work and brazing CITB. I can replace a compressor, leak test, check running pressures and I have a basic idea of how the refrigeration process works.

I want some sound advice of where to go next, the skills I have do not even scratch the surface of what I need to know about refrigeration and thermodynamics. Event the basic chemistry of refrigerants is needed these days. Very soon I have to go and take the F Gas exam in Burnley and to be honest what I know just does not cut it, but the boss says there is enough in the city and guilds book to pass, I disagree.

So what course or route should I take to strat improving what I already know without jumping in head first. :)

Thank you.
