how do i work my fish fridge.

hi just bought a chippy with a fish fridge included problem is dont know the model but it has a sticker on inside saying dixell xr 775c which i think is the controller all lights up and seems to be working but dont know how to set it cant find manual please help as i am due to open on monday many thanks.
