Hi,
We have recently installed a Carrier 42XPF100 indoor unit which forms part of an equipment room cooling system. Unfortunately the control/communication PCB within the unit is faulty (confirmed by temporary substitution with another 42XPF100 PCB from another unit).
Unfortuantely we have been quoted a very long lead time by Carrier (In Ireland) for a replacement item: 3-4 weeks or longer. The entire install must be completed in two weeks...so does anyone know of any source of Carrier spares; we have tried all our usual distributors and Carrier direct. We would even be willing to possibly purchase a whole 42XPF100 unit if need be.
