firstly find out why its getting there i,e stuck solenoid valve or akv, then fix it, then the tricky bit either reclaim it or allow the compressor to pull it out try shutting the suction valve at the compressor, then crack it open ever so slightly and let the comp pull it back, just keep a eye on the oil level.

What type of system is it? Is it refrig or A/C? What is it operating at eg SST, cond temp etc. Is it dx or flooded. Is it a operating a chiller. What refrigerant and expansion device does it have. Does it have a header or accumulator? Many questions I know but it will help everyone to diagnose your problem more easily.

Hi
screws are faily tolerent with saturated suction gases, but liquid, not good. Something will break. More info on system application and refrigerant would be helpfull.

Make sure you evaporate the liquid out of the T.

very very rarly will you need to turn the skrew for the tx valve, you my need to close the tx valve because its letting to much refrigerant in. can be a dumb thing to do.. check your supper heat and an enthalpy chart my come in handy

probably over charged, is it dx or txv?

More information required. Probably an expansion valve issue. Has it got an accumulator on?

Is it a DX system - Evaporator blocked, iced, fans working?
