Hi, we have supplied a number of these 21kw Inverter ducted splits into the market place and have had a number of units that will start up, run for 5 minutes and then shut off as though they have reached temp. There appears to be no problem with the pressures at all and all sensors etc seem to working. Has anyone else experienced this problem and if so what was it and what is the fix.
