Daewoo american fridge freezer,has a leak on it somewere.Got called to a job fri,no gas in system.Pressure tested,found it slightly bubbling on drier joint.re brazed up,vaced out gased up.got it recalled today.found system to have no gas in it at all.(only 1 day later).The only place that the leak detector goes mad is the fromn of the fringe.Were you open the door were the bottem of the seem is,right at the bottem step of the fridge.I wouldnt of thought there were ant pipes there?none of the skin is pieced so its a mistry.
Any help would be great.
Anyone had same problem?
Ps im usualy more supermarket refrigeration than domestic.So not that used to this kit,ie where pipes run etc.

Gas can leak in through thermostat sensor holes etc.

Personal choice? stand well back and give it to someone else. :D

Condenser pipes are sometimes run around the door frames to prevent condensation and doors freezing. if the unit is a few years old, there's a chance the pipes are corroded.

as it daewoo regas it and then throw match at it..lol, as 344 martin says these have condenser pipes near the doors and always leak like fcuk so best to stand well back when throw match at it..best thing for the cheap sh1t

nope as they built under the skin of the unit and no way to access them it a ber mate sorry
