Hi any other engineers having a lot of problems with blighline freezers in tescos?Over heating and going out on high pressure? They are a terrible desighn as then the bottem tray is pushed all the way back(were it sould be) half the fan an condenser is blocked by the stepped down peice at the back.Im looking for you thoughts and ideas on this. The only way iv managed it is by pulling the tray out an inch or two.It works but the manager dont like it as it looks crap on the shop floor,i agree.

Hi,

Yes we have many problems especially if the store A/C is down, they are really not fit for purpose and I would recommend you quote for and external condensing unit to be fitted.

We have one store where we have removed the front condenser cover and the IST has built a 2 x 1 wooden frame with chicken wire, looks terrible but works.

I'm amazed you got the IST to do anything....
