Just like any other system. If you have a very small leak you will have to seperate the system and pressure test each component seperately to indentify the area of the leak. The low and high stage are completely seperate systems. What sort of system is it?? There are areas of the system that are almost impossible to access so you should hope the leak is somewhere accessible. Good luck

Gan,
Please provide more information.
What is the size of the system?
What types of refrigerant?
Which stage has the leak?
How long has this been a problem?
What method of leak detection are you currently using?
and any other information you think may be useful!

If there is leak in cascade condenser , it will end up in refrigerant mix up. Hence as suggested above it is very important to locate the leak source . And cascde cond leak means the system will need thorough cleaning since part of oil will also cross-contaminate system . More system details would have been of help. But if you do not find leak at points which are obvius , a cascade cond leak could be a problem
