Liebherr KDves 4632 Freezer Problem

I've a KDves 4632 (Top freezer unit) that won't drop the freezer compartment below about -4C. It had a freezer "defrost episode" about a week ago apparently but "recovered".

Thermostat in fridge compartment appears to work as advertised - cuts in and out.

If anybody could point me at the service manual / info for this unit it'd be much appreciated,

On the Liebherr site they mentioned that if you put the 9 digit code of your unit you can find the literature.Aint work so far for one of my models but maybe they didnt update the site.
