Hi all got a problem with a unit doing three indoor wall mounts check flares on indoor and out doors units pressure is 400psi nothing is bubbling pipes are in the floor which was install by the builder he saying it's our fault he had a air con man there and he saying there mositure in the pipes that why it's leak I think he talking rubbish as we vac these out these have Been in for a year
