CUSTOMER (SHOP WITH LITTLE MONEY!!) has an undersized fujitsu heatpump 7kw r22 cassette which in the recent cold snal heats for 45 min or so, stops on fault code (000 00...no fault) Then can be restarted.. Air off cassette is 35 degrees room is 12 degrees ambient is minus 1. As I see it the fault is either 1 a fault 2 just the unusual conditions 3 low gas. If the conditions were hotter I would set it in cooling and have a feel for temps and pressures but I cant do this due cold. Logically easiest thing to do is trell cust to wait till its warmer to check the system. HOWEVER am I right in thinking that due fgas regs As there is a POSSIBILITY of a gas leak I have to tell the customer to immediately make the system safe and check for leaks. (recover press test check... expensive) An opinion as to what very low temps might do to a fixed speed heatpump which would shut the system down on a fault code which dissapears (000 00) before the system can be interogated welcome. Liquid back to comp that dissapears?? High pressure trip and reset?? Any opinions on the legal and practical aspect welcome please.

35°C-12°C is 23K dt and with 930m^3/h (indoor fan high) that is 7,4 kW emitted heating power.
Looks like perfectly healthy AC if that temperatures are measured at indoor fan at high.

What is full model #?
