recently replaced a 1hp r-22 compressor used to cool a fur vault. The evaporator is 3/4 ton and I installed a new 3/4 ton TXV. My system pressures are 235 over 45. There is a line voltage thermostat controlling temperature and a low pressure cut-out set @35lbs. Compressors RLA is 5.5 amps and it is drawing 5.0. Temperature in conditioned space @ start-up was 73 and temperature where condensing unit is 95f. My question is this, my sight glass is still bubbling and mt suction line feels just cool is this system fully charged? Also noticed top of compressor hot its been working for 2 months now maintaining temperature, I solely work on air conditioning systems and not quit seasoned with refrigeration any response will be appreciated.
