Got call out to a daikin comfort inverter model no: Rzqs125c7v1b.... Found hole on 1 of capacitors on inverter pcb... Meggered out compressor, all ok... Replaced inverter board... Restarted unit... Compressor, outdoor fans not coming on and u2 fault code appears on controller... Tried disconnecting compressor and outdoor fans but fault code still keeps coming up on controller after about 10mins from switching on controller... What should i be checking out first when i go back to site... All help greatly appreciated!

Hi aodhan,

I would check:

Mains voltage and neutral (220~240v)
check noise filter (A3P) for any sign damage, voltage from noise filter to main pcb (Live LB terminal with red cable / Neutral NB terminal with Blue cable) this should be 240Vac.
Noise filter fuse
check you have a resistance reading through the reactor (L1R), not open circuit.
Verify you have not mis wired or missed any pcb connections.
When unit tries to start check you have >220vdc on C+C- terminals
