Lennox MHM 21-IA

Maybe a little late, Happy New Year to all.
I have a client with a double split badged 'Lennox'. The interior unit is marked as MHM 21-IA.
When unit switched on, by either remote, or on/off switch on unit, the louvres open and then close. The power led is flashing what I guess is an error code of 1 flash, and then a 2 flash. This code is continuous even when unit is switched off.
I tried an internet search, but have drawn a blank. Could this unit be from another manufacturer, but badged as Lennox?
Would appreciate any assistance.

Can only find a sales brochure for that old model but did find a service manual for an earlier model, perhaps the fault codes are the same.
