Do you have any versions of Wintrac? Maybe you only need the latest upgrade?
Wintrac is quite a large program, let me see what I can rake up for you. It relies on upgrades to existing versions, unlike Reefer Manager which replaces the previous version on installation.

Keygen is not required for Wintrac.
Assume you are referring to the earlier versions; current version is 5.1 which no longer requires registration.
