Who can help on this problem.

I have Matsu****a 1 phase compressor. I have problem when the compressor run for few hours then I restart it but I need to wait for 20 min to restart if not the compressor will trip the Earth leakage Relay. Thank

Did you insulation test the compressor using a mega tester? What were the results at 500volts?
