Hello everyone. Just wondering if anybody has had a problem with the screen on a Quantum LX control panel, mounted on a Frick screw compressor? Three days ago the panel went completely black. The panel was installed about six months ago, is still on warranty but the closest service man (Cimco) is two hours away

Check the white cable running from the processor baord to the LED display, it is white and on the right side. It comes undone sometimes. If thats not the problem check the power supply for the Display, this is mounted on the inside of the white panel behinde the display at the top left hand side. Watch out thought because it uses 120vac instead of 5vdc. If those dont fix the problem then its the display power supply and you will have to order another one and of course check all the connections. Also its a good idea to check the main power suplly it should be between 5.15-5.23 vdc. The IOM or Quantum service manual will tell you home to do this.
