I am lookin' for guidlines for temperature settings for food storage.
My application:
I'm in Afghanistan, supporting our military, and we have Carrier Transicold Refrigerated containers for storing the DFAC food. I have found many different temperature settings for the same/different products. I want to set them according to what is needed/recommended, so as to eliminate any unneccessary run time of the compressor. Most items get rotated every couple of weeks.
We have assorted meats (steak, chicken, fish, seafood), drinks, produce, and ice cream.
Any help would be appreciated.
