15 -20 cabinets out of around 1000 are getting stuck after a defrost( no cooling, no fans, no outputs to any relays). switchin off and back on will cure the problem for months the problem comes back again

Hello. The banal advice - move places of let's say the five "culprits" with five known "good-behaviors" and see how the both will do at new place.

Also look for that what is a common installation, operation, etc feature among the faulting processors.
