only part of freezer working

Hi,
I've a Hotpoint RFA60 domestic fridgefreezer. The fridge is working fine but only a small portion of the freezer tubing is freezing. Why would this be? and how can I fix it? The "freezer temperature low" light is on and the machine is humming as normal.

Sounds like it's lost refrigerant or poor compressor performance.
You'll need an engineer for either.
