Hi, I got AQV24FAN and it just stopped working.
I didn't use it for some time, and when I tried to use it to heat, I got the two lights flashing and it closes. In the user manual the only solution for this error is to power it off and on again (tried that few times - not working).
Also I did the 6h fan work because of the long period of not using it, as it says in the manual. From time to time it starts working, but after stopping it the next time we try to start it the same problem is present.
From a friend I herd that he had similar problems and got them solved by entering a code that refreshed the OS of the conditioner. Unfortunately his is 12, so the code probably is not going to work. He told me that I could find the code for mine in the service manual, I looked all over the internet, but was unable to find it anywhere, so I was wondering if it is possible to send me the service manual.
