DL Spilt Air conditioners

Does anyone know anything about DL (Digital Life) splits model DSR-3502G/BPE, it has a tree on the remote with an E next to it and the o/door unit will not run.

A tree with an E seems like an 'economy' symbol>

Turn the ECO off and maybe the compressor will run.
