my freezer has stopped freezing

Hi i was wondering if someone could help me?My freezers warning light has recently come on and items started to defrost,so i emptied it,now temp is not dropping to below minus 2?

any thoughts?

there is a fan in most as well, could be causing the problem, also may not be defrosting. Is the back iced over?
