I have a carrier transicold make cold container which was running well.But now it starts and immediately goes off.Its supplier in Holland does not reply to my mail.Can anyone assist me

what is the model number of that machine? is this having any display and shows any alarm number?

this container has a trip program it works a few months and goes off try to scroll in the menu and choose trip renew the duration of the trip code 52 as i recall
