Hi refaircon.
Check with local hydraulic fit out company, they use small electric benders for their seamless s/s pipe, long radius bends. But check the hard drawn copper pipe spec's., the re-cycled stuff is not bend freindly. Use the half hard grade.

I've got some imperial eastman gearbenders for 7/8" which we got from RPW, but most wholesalers should be able to get them. Shop around as prices range, i think we paid around £200 for them.
I also have a set of REMS hand benders for 5/8" 3/4" and 7/8" which are very good but hard work with 7/8" which i got from pipeline centre.

Rothenberger make a cheap set of hand benders which are ok but i don't like the quality of the 3/4" bends it makes.
