After 5 good years, in a maturing cheese cold storage, my epoxy coated evaporator gave up in a cloud of mineral oil......
Its time to move forward. I am looking for a manufacturer of SS coolers [tubes, fins, and frame.]
It should be 10 kw capacity at +4°C evaporator temp.
Room temp 12+°C
R-22
Thanks

hello chemi-cool
LU-VE (www.luve.it) makes ss evap. tubes, i think AL fins, but u might ask, here they are the largest used (eave DAIKIN uses them) so ... i think they might have what u want or make them, and at an acceptable price range

Chemi,
I have seen this coating used on SS tube/aluminum finned coils used on an ammonia system. You can bend the fins back and forth and the coating stays without cracking. Seems to work OK.

Seems to work OK.there is a coil maker over here they are called [ beehive coils,] you should have someone closer we used to use them for the guys at maggot farms, who supplied the anglers.
