Operating Manual of Sabroe compressor TSMC-16-100

We have old sabroe compressor unit, machine type:TSMC 16-100, Shop no.64853,R717. I can't look for the operating manual and parts manual. This unit is a 2-stage compressor, can it be converted into sinlge stage compressor? Any suggestion from you guys?

Hi.
I use screw compressor sab 202 lf. Comp.have a problem high oil temp(75 degree C,discharge temp.108 degree C,discharge pres. 12 bar).I clean oil cooler and blog relief valve but it as before.

We have TSMC 8-100 compressor, its a two stage compressor but its intermediate pressure is rising too high, can anyonesuggest me how to control it or probable cuase of it.

i suppose you working with NH3 ( Ammonia )did you check the 3way oil mixing valve if is working ok?are you sure there is not air in your system?are your sure that you enough ammonia in your system?if i remember the SAB 202 using ammonia from the receiver for oil cooling , as for blocking the relief valve you better dont

Is the compressor mechanically ok? when was the last time you check the valves, pistons, sleeves etc? and put some more details like pressures and temperatures

you said clean the oil cooler, so that means you are using water oil cooler supplied by the cooling tower,on your water site do you have a 3way valve to adjust the water flow in the oil cooler? and if yes are you sure is working ok?is the water flow across your cooler ok? what is the dp across your cooler? what is the dt in and out water? in and out oil temperature?

CAN YOU HELP ME????
I have used the SMC 108 (york-sabroe compressor).
I always have problem of broken suction valve plate.
The parameters :
Speed: 1490 rpm
P(discharge): 13 bar
P(Suction): 2.8 - 4.0 bar
Toil : 64 celsius degree
Tdischarge: 94 celsius degree
Tcooling water in: 31.2 celsius degree
Tcooling water out: 35 celsius degree
