Thank you for your interest.We have not yet calculated massflow rates and other details.First I would lie to get the specification of the compressor. Can I use a R404A compressor with R 23 refrigerant to get -80deg C. Will it creat any problem in the long run.I am using it for blood freezing application.

No, you can't. You need a compressor with very high mass volume rate and small motor in comparison. A custom compressor, to be completely honest.
