I hope this is allowed on the forum.

Can I give a BIG thumbs up to Cool Designs Ltd in Warrington.
If anybody is miffed with their current suppliers give these guys a try.
Toshiba and Panasonic, you will not find a better team. I don't know if they are cheap or if they are expensive, but that doesn't matter to small companies like mine. Customer service and support are all that matter. It is like having a whole extra team of back office staff there to assist you.

If you reading this, thanks guys.

Every body is quick to criticise poor service, so I just thought I'd mention a company whose service is above all others......and I've tried most of them over the years.

yes they are good we use them (we are based in bamber bridge). they are not bad on price for a decent units unless u want fuji (no thanks)

As a wise and valued contributor to the forum.
I value your opinion and am also a great believer in "Credit where Credit is due!"
The problem (as I see it) is where does it stop?
We all have opinions and experiences
regarding a lot of the posts.
I have a big issue with some of the firms mentioned herein!
And I can guarantee that some of the ones I favour, others won't.
So taking all things into account I have a problem with this post.
Because it cannot be fair for all.
And more importantly could lead to many more!
I hope you understand what I am trying to say...
I am not anti, just scared what it could do to this brilliant UNBIASED forum!
