3/4 ton mini split

Hi,
I've got a small (10'x10') server room that runs really high temps (over 100 degrees F). I can't really move to another room and need to get it cooled even when ambient air is freezing cold. I am not an HVAC man and need a bit of advice if there are any units I need to avoid... or recommend.

All are trying to cut costs and boss has only given me ~ $2k budget.

Start with getting some air moving through there to remove some of the heat, recycle it if you can somewhere else.
