Has anyone come across this message on airedale alphacool display saying:-

Had something similar -

on different sites - the Alphacool units would stop quickly showing a fault:

internal error
Atom
contact Carel

the units would then stay off for a few hours without showing the fault (As if switch off by the customer)

Then the unit would restart and carry on working for a few weeks without any problem,
Without any reason the unit would again fail, sometimes they would be off for 5minutes sometimes hours.

Fixed the problems by replaceing the carel brain boxs
but had to contact Airedale so that the new brain box could be configured for the unit.
