Hi Guys
Does anybody knows how to calculate the thickness of a blind flange for the pressure test of a heat exchanger according to ASME VIII UG-99?, this because these are not standard flanges, they use 52 and 40 bolts Ø3/4”, and also, I’d like to know which kind of bolts I must use?<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o:p></o:p>
Here I’m sending some information:<o:p></o:p>
Test pressure: 450Psi.<o:p></o:p>
Work substance: Water.<o:p></o:p>
