samsung american fridge

hi. Bought this samsung fridge freezer with a slight fault. Was told it was defrosting every 24 hrs and needed a defrost sensor. I have replaced this and still is faulty. I unplug it and plug it back on and it reaches the temp i want it too and continues to do so for a few hours, then, it just gets warmer. the lcd flashes but still says its frozen at the same temp but when i unplug it and plug it back on it reads completly different and has to reach the desired temp again. any ideas please please please:rolleyes:

check defrost heater and thermal fuse - these are the most common problems
