Recommendations for a heat pump install

Looking to install a heat pump, have you good people got any recommendation, or makes not to fit as they are rubbish?

water-to-water
air-to-water
air-to-air
Size?

2 - 3 kw, air to air source

2-3 Kw it's a little split , and as nike123 recomanded, a daikin or mitsubishi would work like a charm
