I have a fridge/freezer model No. HM315NI [hotpoint],which has water coming out of the automatic defrosting discharge duct, instead of being evaporated by the compressor. The water then lays in bottom of fridge. Any ideas

hi paul, don,t know your model of fridge- freezer , but it sounds like the drain from the evaporator is blocked , I take it you have a pan on top of the compressor?
