Call a fridge Engineer

It sounds harsh I know, but the number of possible causes are huge.
So I give you the simple answer!

If it's a new machine I would either return it as faulty or get the supplier to prove it works to you.

I am hoping it is something I did not do when setting the cam. I called the appliance store and they want me to bring it in for service what a pain and inconvenience.

Well thought it was fixed wrong! It appears that the water is not being sprayed from the nozzles it is just rolling out about 3/4 of an inch. The water is not spraying into the ice molds above. Any thoughts?

Hello.
If water spray is weak water pump/pipes may be blocked/faulty.
The wire that was loose, are you sure you put it now where it should be?
Brian and Grizzly are right. If you open sides walls and started repair warranty will be cancelled.
