TK alarm 12

I have a TK SL400 and i need to know how to clear alarm 12 . it wont clear the normal , we recently fitted two new sensors ?

Did you set up the new sensors using the proper grades as stamped on new sensors? Somtimes code 12 has to be cleared from guarded access. .
