My client have a SEEDS, [vegetable], archive or bank.
It shall be under the least temperature allowed to keep it's germination property, normally 5°C, this temperature will avoid bugs and pest grow.

A 4 TR , CKF48 cond. unit + a roof internal split matched to the UC, R22 Ref Gas.
The same you can see in a office or small commercial local as a HVAC.
The minimum temp it can be run is 18°C , limited by the own temperature control.
I do a test by suit a standard thermostat and it can not be down 16 °C because the coil will clog by ice.
My client want to get the temperature down to 5°C
Obvious to say that it is not the best solution to it.
But I have to solve it in the best way, using , at least the Condensing Unit .
It will work all year round, 365/12/7/24

Actual facts.
Location Buenos Aires, South America.
Local, room 7.6 meter length , 2.50 height. 3.00 wide.
Material , 7.6 m x 2.50 mm wall to exterior , no windows, 30 cm brick , EAST side oriented.
All others to internal no air conditioned local
Roof reinforced concrete 20 cm thick, + leveling layer, about 20 cm.
Usually once a day , personal income to get actual temp value, and seldom to income seed sample , no more than 50 kilograms.
Lights are off , except when personal income for a short time.
So no external load shall be consider, it are insignificant.
It is a BANK , where sample are hold for a long time.
As a simple heat load calculation about 3000 to 4000 Kcal is need , and the Cond unit can supply at least 12000 Kcal.

My hypothesis
I want to put 2 (two) 6000 Kcal evaporators to work one at the time, to allow the other to deice.
Two solenoids , at liquid line, valves controls it.
I will place it back to back with only one axial fan, routing air to both evaporator.

My concern:
How to do the Condensing Unit to run to half it's capacity?
Or how to control it.
